How to renew visa when we stay in China

For Chinese Canadian, how to renew visa when we stay in China? What's the service fee? For working visa or travel visa or other visa.

If we donot renew visa on time, what will be the consequence?

For Chinese Canadina, if he/she plan to stay in China for a long time, what will be the best choice? Since he/she donot have any family member in Canada, but have all family members in China.

Treat yourselves as Canadians (forget you were Chinese citizens and are Chinese by birth); and follow the regulations/laws for a foreigner to stay in China.

Or if you are going to stay there long enough, apply for green cards, or abandon your Canadian citizeship and apply for Chinese citizenship.
