I am a Pay&Talk user of Telusmobility. I cancelled the service of topping up my account each month automatically using my credit card by calling them. The customer representative said he cancelled this function on my account. I also checked my credit card bill next month, there was no charge from telus.
Recently I happened to check my credit card bill, there is a $10 charge from Telus every month since March!
I called them, the service of topping up each month with $10 came back to my account without my permission!
I called them asking what happened, no body can tell me the reason. I asked for refund, they will not give your refund
$10 each month is not a big deal, but how dare they change your account without letting you know? Plus, how many users in Canada? each person each month they charge $10 more, it is going to be a large amount!
So pay attension on it. They will cheat you!
