Having just moved back to my hometown of Toronto after 8 yrs in NYC, I can say I have never felt so unsafe and lost in control of my own destiny from gun violence.

I place the blame squarely on Mayor Miller and Police Chief Blair. These two ought to hire Giuliani as a security consultant and start implementing zero tolerance policies on city streets.
