兄弟欠了几张信用卡几千块钱，悔不该当初乱申请??有些好像已经移交给讨债公司了,有啥后果。。。不会上法庭吧？？？？

your brother have to paid them back somehow. will not go to court, but if your brother not paying them. His credit will be reported as late and will not be able to do lending again. ex. buy a house, car...

you can arrange with those credit card a way of payment or go to a bank and ask for a consolidation loan before its too late. a couple of thousand isn't too bad yet, start early and paid them back before it is really too late.

If your brother's credit report has any collection reocrd, I don't think any chartered bank will do a loan consolidation for him. Arranging a payback with the credit card company as soon as possible is a good idea.Or you could purchase your credit report to see if any collection record on that, if not, you could go to the bank for a loan consolidation but your employment and income verification are needed.
