Hi guys,
we just arrived at Ottwa and i am pregnant for 6 months. Does any one know how to find a obstitrician in the city? We've tried several clinics, they don't accept me because I don't have OHIP until March.anyone can give some information?

I don't think they will refuse you if you can pay yourself.

Base on my experence, you should go to see a family doctor first. Appletree Medical Group and walk-in clinic will accept new patients. They will charge you about $60 for each visit, but you just need to see them once. Then they will introduce a obstitrician for you base on your location and what hosipital you will deliver you baby. For the obstitrician visit, they will charge you $100 for the first visit, then $30 each time. And also you need to pay all the exam fees for every visit, such as urine exam. You need to pay about $128 for Ultrasound Exam.
