even more tough to rent a home than get a job...

<HTML>It may be hard for you to rent an apartment in ottawa without your offer letter, believe me. I have had a hard time in renting an apartment in Ottawa at the time I moved from Toronto for my new job. Almost all rental agency told me they didn't have vacancy right away but 2 or 3 month later. The job offer letter is a must or you have to pay deposit for 6 months. Ottawa is really crazy!!!! </HTML>
