1.1998 Chevrolet Cavaliar, 自动档,103000km,CD,No air conditioning.
私人first owner,有详尽维护记录。保养得不错。$3600含Test.

2.1997 Ford Escort LX, 自动档,107000km,Air conditioning,No CD,Dealer.车内部很干净。
左边镜子镜框断了,车身两处有锈(车门下面没锈),以上问题,dealer同意修理。挡风玻璃有一处有细小裂缝,可能是挨小石子扎的。Dealer 说如果能通过safety test,就不修理玻璃了。(这个问题严重吗?有可能不修理就过吗,特别是Quebec test?)价格$3600,含各种test,还有7个月或11000km warranty on Engine system和transmission system.
Dealer 是印度的,长在非洲。据说买二手车最好不要找印巴人。但有这些warranty,我还能担心些什么呢。

3.1999 Hyundai Accent,自动档,158000km,(公里数很高),no CD,no Air conditioning. 私人,车曾经被一人lease了3年。车保养情况一般。车头盖有局部轻微凹陷和锈。上高速110时,开始抖。现任车主有详尽定期保养纪录。$2600,啥都不包,即卖了就不管了。要过safety test,E-test都得买主自己搞定.
请大家帮忙出出主意,先谢了。
 
look for another one

I think the first one is the best in these three cars.

The second one maybe can not pass the Safety Text in Quebec.
The third one the miles are too high.And the Korea car is not good.
but if no Air condition , here in summer you will feel not comfortable. If you are single, it's ok. But if you have child, it's a problem.Try to find another one. Good luck!
 
有点不耐烦了。在好几个dealer那看过车,感觉dealer都比较狡猾,不喜欢和他们打交道,可是私人卖的车一来选择少,再者没保修。大家都说说和dealer打交道要注意什么呀。
郁闷中。。。
 
买私人车要碰, 可以买到便宜的, 车行贵但风险小.如上述三者非选其一, 则第一款也,其余.....嘿嘿, 拉几...

不能只关心safety check吧, 还是多关心一下你自己的safey比较重要

还有就是, dealer是可以买到safety的, 就是不用做, 就花钱就可以

只要30天内车子不出事, 以后所有的事情就要你自己来承担了

要买车的话, 还是找人好好看看吧

还有, 如果lz觉得可以的话, 尽量换一个95年左右的日本车, 保养好一点的

开着也放心

It's not a big deal for the warrenty. The probablity of engine and transmission breaks up is like 0.xxxxx%

The big deal is about the rust. Rust can never be fixed. It will be just slow down, but never cured. If you notice rust, after years, you will see the result.

Btw, Escort is not much different from Cavalier. You think cavalier sucks. I would like to say Escort sucks too!

美国车, 这几年还能好一些, 前些年的时候, 哪怕新车也嗷嗷坏

我看过car n driver的一篇文章, 讲的是cadillac SRX。 让专业的试车手试

的, 好像开了2000公里, 进了3次dealer, 每次2星期, 最后做飞机回家

的, 车子最后的原因是engine 里面的一个什么什么很N的冬冬坏了, 还是7

8w的新车呢! 而且所有开过美国的人都说和我说毛病很多, 这里面包括tax

driver

所以建议你去找找 价钱公里 合适, 保养好一些的日本车, 开着真的8错

不过,我因为有小孩,所以2门的不太合适,另外,我对自己雪地斜坡起步的技术不太有信心,担心手动档的开起来会好麻烦。再者,因为最多1年半后就要回国了,所以不想花太多的钱买车。
看来还是得再耐心找找。

By the way, i have US car OLD ONE .it runs very good.

维护 and 保养 is No1 ,don't care US on or Japanese they same
 
我真挺喜欢第二辆的,车很干净,单从外观来看保养得很不错。Dealer同意换挡风玻璃,但价钱得加2百刀。
可是我总觉得没底,与dealer打交道不放心。
