Job Responsibilities:
The candidates are expected to work effectively with major Chinese enterprises and multinational companies in delivering organization transformation projects, including organization review & design, corporate governance, performance management design, and competency management design, change management, enterprise transformation management, etc.
Major responsibilities include:
- Lead middle-size organization transformation projects
- Manage client relationship in organization transformation projects
- Conduct benchmarking studies and identify industry best practices
- Analyze and prioritize clients’ business issues
- Deliver high value-added client deliverables and make convincing recommendations tailored to the defined audience
- Assist in generating proposals and promoting target clients
- Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and community-building activities
- Cooperate with other service team to maximize the value created for client engagements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years consulting experience in organization transformation projects, or equivalent five years of organization design & development experience in large industrial companies
- Advanced organization design skills for conglomerates in corporate governance design, performance measurement development, shared services strategy, and Strategic Business Unit design.
- Experiences with Merge & Acquisition, Initial Public Offering, and commercial restructuring work are preferred
- Advanced problem solving abilities in creating structured approaches, identifying & prioritizing business issues, and developing actionable recommendations
- Qualified leadership skills in planning & controlling project progress, motivating project team, and networking project external relationship
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills, including interviewing, presenting, facilitating and negotiation skills
- Strong self-motivation with a value framework for integrity, teamwork, quality and execution
- An MBA or equivalent degree from top business education institutes is strongly desired
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities
