ask for help :install Windows server 2003 problems

I tried install windows 2003 server on HP server, when I used HP SmartAtart CD Setup the server, and choose NTFs as file system and then install 2003 server on the mechine, but after installing and rebooting the mechine, I found the system has changed to FAT32. What is this problem? how to correct it?

Just go to the Command Prompt and execute the command:

C:\> CONVERT C: /fs:ntfs
