Based the conservative election promise, they are going to cut GST in two phases: first phase is going to cut 1% to 6% and then cut anthter 1% to 5%. There is no date target setting for these cutting but all depends on the parliament bill passing conditions.

The Tory's are minority Gov. Both NDP and Liberals don't support cut GST. So their budget can't get passed.

Tory's will say it is not their fault.

The reality is: pay 7% GST. No change.
