[问题] where can I buy Quebec fishing license?

read many postings here about fishing in the other side of Ottawa river, so I'm going to buy a Quebec fishing license this year.

please anyone tell me where I can buy it? online or I have to go to Hull (some Canadian Tire store) to buy one?
