Our esteemed client located in Ottawa, Ontario is currently seeking five
(5) Technical Analysts. This is a permanent position.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
-- Strong problem solving skills, analytical reasoning and troubleshooting
capabilities;
-- Strong knowledge and application of various operating systems (Windows
and UNIX platforms);
-- Familiarity with Relational Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server,
DB2);
-- Experience with XML and JavaScript programming;
-- Familiarity with cgi applications and servlets;
-- An understanding of Application Server technology more notably
Websphere, WebLogic and Tomcat;
-- Ability to build relationships with various departments;
-- Energetic and quick learner;
-- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills;
-- A genuine commitment to attaining a high level of customer
satisfaction.
Some responsibilities include:
-- Troubleshooting complex problems and provide complete solutions to
ensure high customer satisfaction is attained;
-- Coordinating and managing all support for a select group of clients,
establishing exceptional customer relationships;
-- Working with other team members and customers to resolve customer
issues;
-- Promoting knowledge transfer to influence positive change and
strengthen support team performance;
-- Staying abreast of the latest technology trends;
-- Ability to do shift work;
-- Some Travel.
