Try Etrade.ca. I use Etrade and it is pretty good. It has level II and other staffs. The commission is also pretty low. I do not know the rate in Canada. In the States, it is around $8/trade. If you want mutual funds, some at RBC are pretty impressive. I bought mutual funds that are focused on oils and precious metals.
