移民父母陪在加出生的加拿大公民baby回中国居住能否保留移民身份？是否还需5年住满2年才。。。？

不能。陪伴加拿大公民保持移民身份，只能是陪伴spouse, common-law partner。 或者child跟随父母。不能父母陪伴子女。
