Looking for a room starting from May 2006

I am an easy-going person and non-smoker. I am presently looking for a room in the downtown area starting from May 1st, 2006. In order to easily get to work and go to the gym, I wish to find a room which will meet the following criteria.

1) Location: Must be 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to Rideau Center
2) Sittings: Internet, TV cable, Telephone Line ready plus basic furniture (bed, desk, closet and a bookshelf)
3) Price Range: $350 to $500 per month (everything included - heat,hydro,water,internet,TV cable,and local phone)

$500/month all inclusive. price is negotaible
minimum from May 1 to Aug 31. can renewl with landlord for longer term
15 walk to Rideau Centre. or bus #5 for 2 min with bus stop infront of the street
