Happy life in Ottawa

Based on the two suy of income in Ottawa & China. I got following conclusions:

1> Most Chinese immigrants in Ottawa are having happy life.
Reason: 54% of families have the income higher than average level of canadians.

2> The income level in Ottawa is much higher than Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.
The othere surveys show that the average income of Chinese immigrant family in Vancouver is C$38000, while C$42000 in Toronto.
