===main library, main floor go to chinese book area. there are lots of megazines on the shelf. ask the customer service if they have any copy manchines for public available. otherwise borrow them out and copy outdoor. Staple have good price to copy.

===alta vista library have lots of english magazines. there is one copy machine. but you have to pay a little bit.

===go to the library near you first and check out if they have any books you want.

===or you can go to chinatown, on summerset street. there are some chinese bookstores. they may sell some chinese megazines.
