All you need:
A glass gar with a sealable top
Some regular fuel (gas station)
Vaseline (Zellers)
Preferably some ball bearings (Canadian Tire)
Nitric Acid (Chemistry shops..)
Mis your fuel with vaseline slowly until you get good half-solid mixture. To make it harder you can add some extra saw dust (wood dusts), increasing combustion effect.
poure some high concentration nitric Acid into your mixture... don't over-do-it.... This is not necessary, but it will provide extra supplies of oxygen during the explosion... good effects....
ok now add some metal balls from the ball bearings and seal ur cap and make some sort of detonation device, anything is fine, even a short fuse.
Effect: Deadly. Vaseline will not burn but it will heat up during the explosion and stick to your target's skin causing burn effect. metal balls flying out of your can will add some more dmg...
