可以,不过需要在入境后的3个月,而且需要Bank statement

感谢大家的回复，那么kert所说的lease agreement是指要证明住在ONT是么？合租的房子要怎么证明呢？我本人并没有lease

you have to bring something to prove that you live in ONT in order to obtain the OHIP.
I am not so sure in your case, call them to find out.

You can apply OHIP at Ministry of Health. Bring your work permit, SIN card or Passport, then they will issue you a OHIP card after 3 months. It is free for individual's income lower tahn 20,000, but some charge applicable to income higher than 20,000.
