Yes, you can register a HK business remotely. There are tons of companies who will do that for you, but it will be much more convenient if you have a relative here to help you with that. Just search internet.

还有一个问题， 就是关于公司的银行帐户问题， 我可以在这里成立公司银行帐户，然后我授权香港公司使用吗？

You can ask the HSBC Bank here, and they could help you, but it will be complicated for filing tax in Canada. Check with them.
