[问题] 我电脑最近一直打不开my documents

因为我下载的东西都在my documents， 也不知为什么，突然间就出现问题了，每回打开之后，他都会出现一个对话框：

windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry fot the inconvenience.
之后还有一些，最下面就是有3个选择

debug . send error report , don't send
不管我选什么，他都会一下子全消失

总是这样，我应该要怎么办呢？
希望有好心人士可以帮帮我，谢谢啦！

尝试用资源管理器的方式打开 如果可以的话 尽快备份后重装windows
