Sorry for respond in english, at work now, can not type chinese.
I don't think it's good idea to buy piano there:
1. Their brand is Niemeyer, low end piano, quality rating is the last class. And their price is not cheap either. I'd rather go PerlRiver, Ritchmuller (xinghai), or second hand Kwai or Yamaha.
2. The company is in Kingston and Toronto, guys will only be in ottawa with a truck 2-3 times a year for a week. Service will be a problem. They said they'll tune it for you then deliver it to you. But it's common sense that a piano should be settled down in a room for a month before tuning it. To let it fit in the room's temprature and humidity. But they can not do that, since nobody will be in Ottawa.
3. The dude will tell you the piano is make be fine pine wood, german string. If I'm a car sales, and telling you this car is great because it has Michellin Tires and a silk sit cover, will you agree with me? Piano is not something you just buy compenents and put together. Perl river and stainway both use german steel strings, are they sound the same?
Hope this helps.
