[请求] 如何写分居协议书

请问哪位知道如何写分居协议书，我和老公分开有一年多了，现想写份协议书，我和他共拥有一栋房子，只有我和两个孩子住这，但前夫仍供一半的Mortgage 作为child support. 我不懂如何起草这份分居书，请问哪位有经验的朋友可教教我。不知书局可否买到这类的书籍，教如何起草这类的协议书？先谢了。
