Just don't use Rogers.

I've cancelled their High Speed. Changed to 3web.
I'll cancel their cable too.

If you want to get other Chinese channels. You can try Free to Air (FTA) satellite TV.

It is not that difficult to install. Search in this forum or google FTA, You'll find out all the information you need to set it up.

If you DIY, the cost should be as low as 250-300CAD for equipment.

If you can't DIY, the service charge usually less then 100CAD.
