求助--意外怀孕，不知是否该流产

发现自己怀孕了， 根据上次月经时间推算现在应该是第4周左右。

现在正在犹豫是否去流产，原因是

1、这期间得过重感冒（我和老公同时得的），让别人传染的，不知道是不是病毒性的，持续10多天。

2、当时不知道自己已经怀孕， 吃了很多感冒药，用药7-10天左右。用的主要是SUDAFED一类的感冒药，在网上查了一下，成分包括乙酰氨基酚（acetaminophen）咳宁（氢溴酸右美沙芬dextromethorphan HBr，中枢性镇咳药）， 咳酚糖浆（愈创甘油醚 英文Guaifenesin, 化痰剂），盐酸伪麻黄碱 （pseudoephedrine HCl），和盐酸去氧肾上腺素(盐酸苯福林Phenylephrine Hcl）。 另外还吃过2片过敏药盐酸苯海拉明BENEDRYL，和2片解热止痛药布洛芬ibuprofen ，以及VC 2000毫克/天，4天。

3、这次怀孕很意外，我们性生活一直很小心，在这一个月里只有2次，而且都计算在排卵期之外，怀疑是否是因为吃的药改变了我的排卵期，这样的卵子是不是健康的

我在7个月前因为胚胎自然停止做过一次流产，和老公商量，我觉得要生就生一个健康的宝宝，这次怀孕很意外，怕万一孩子生出来会有缺陷，考虑到这些我很想去流产， 求大家给指教。

my baby was also a 'surprise' baby...at the time I was very concerned, since I drank alcohol, donated blood, and took Advil after I was pregnant (which I didn't even know at the time)

Anyhow, I talked to my doctor about everything, and she told me not to worry, and my daughtor is a really healthy baby!

I really think you should speak to your doctor about all the pills you took and all the concern you have, they can give you the best advises!

Try not to let go of your baby unless it's necessary, they're already human the moment the heart beat starts...I can't imagine what would be like if I had let go of my daughtor in the beginning due to my concerns...thank god I didn't!!! ^_^

我怀我女儿的时候正在欧洲旅行， 根本不知道， 每天走10几个小时的路，觉得特别的累，还以为自己体力不济呢（现在想想很后怕，还好没有意外）。而且我嗓子发炎，吃消炎药连吃了2星期。旅行中饮食也不健康， 还喝了很多很多的酒，有一天晚上喝得站在街上唱歌。 但是我女儿非常健康，身高体重都一直是90%以上。我第一次作超声波时怀孕只有9周，小家伙只有一颗花生米那么大，可是已经清楚地看到小家伙的心脏嗵嗵的跳着。。生命真的很神奇，你一定和医生好好谈谈， 慎重作决定。

You still have 9 months to go, even if you haven't done/eatten anything wrong by now, you probably will do/eat some in the coming 9 months. Life is never perfect anyways, but that doesn't mean no one will ever deserve to live?!

If your cold medication is from over the counter shelves, they shouldn't be "that" bad. But of course you should always consult your family doctor. One time I was taking accutane for acne and the doctor was very serious about it and made me to sign an agreement stating that I understand if I become pregant while taking the medicine, an abortion would be needed because the drug will cause problem in the fetus.

So I assume that if any medicine is really "that" dangerous, the doctor, or even the pharmist will definately warn you before you could get it.

不知你所用的药是医生建议的还是自己服用的.若是医生的建议,从药物用法和计量来看,考虑是病毒性感冒.要提醒您的是,病毒本身会对胚胎有影响,相比您所服用的药物来看.尽管有些药物,多数是抗菌素(青酶素除外)有明确的致畸作用,如楼上提到的维甲酸,但也只是增加畸胎的可能性,而非绝对导致畸胎.
因此,您完全有可能生下一个健康的BABY.我的意见是,不要盲目要求流产,因为人流本身也有并发症的可能,如麻醉意外,子宫穿孔,术后宫腔感染等等. 可密切观察,定期随访,根据你的产科医生检查,听取医生的建议.

你最好和医生问一下。我怀老大时发烧，住院一个星期，医生没查出我怀孕，认为是子宫感染，各种药物吃了一通。老大现在很健康、聪明。
