关于自己建SHED的问题，谁有经验？

春天到了，各位有什么计划，折腾院子？互相交流一下吧。
我想在自己后院建一个SHED，但有几个问题不明白，查了OTTAWA.CA 也没查到。不知渥太华的规则是什么，我知道只要小于100SF就不要申请建筑许可，但：
1)SHED必须离后边界多远，离侧面边界多远？
2)SHED的允许高度是多少？
3)建一个8X8的大概多少钱？

I made my shed last year, right before winter.

bascially the shed needs to be at least 2 ft inside your boundaries..8 feet is maximum 高度; Mine is 4x8, since i didnot need to build the base, so it costed me less than $300 (of course DIY, no labor cost)

再问傻兄，你的基础是怎么做的？是打水泥桩还是用那种在地表上的水泥块？300左右的花费实在是不贵，对我很有引力

I could not find the building code for shed, but I believe you can google it yourself.

I knew this from a garden centre..they told me the building code and sent a guy to do the pricing, for 4 by 8, they aksed more than $2000 (they had to cut 8 x 8 to 4 x 8 to fit in my backyard...), I simpliy let them go

I bought the shed from CT (assembles), then installed them myself. Since I built it on my patio, so I didnot build the base...

For 8 x 8, you probably need to build the base yourself...go Home Depot or Rona, they have different styles...

My patio is 10 by 20..The shed is 4 by 8, it seats on one side of the patio, so not too bad

...夏天快来了,闲着也是闲着,想搭个DECK.

You are really salt yah..deck and patio togather? Do you want to make your paved driveway as well?

谢谢，我很笨，在网上找了一个多小时还是没找到，但也找到一些间接参考，好象安大略省要求，离后界3.3ft， 边界4ft， 离主建筑5ft, 但没高度。另外找到一个Edmonton的很详细，附图在下面。
另外，你在CT买的是塑料的还是木头的，怎么这么便宜？我看到的最便宜的好象也要350 CND以上。

Check with the guys in Home Depot or Rona who sell the sheds, normally they are very good at the building code as well..

My shed is made of kind of metal (Bo Tie Pian), I need to check CT's catalog for correct name..

这种材料叫Galvanized steel,可能是最便宜的了，wood, resin and vinyl都比它贵。。

谢谢，很感动，傻兄真是一个热情而办事认真的人，对我来说，能分出铁皮和木头就很满足了， 周末有时间去RONA和HOMEDEPOT转转，问问价钱。

我看过几个SHED.好象感到在大太阳底下,PVC 的里面比木头和铁皮的要凉快.不知道是我当时的感觉,还是PVC的隔热好一些.
