- 2nd floor is bedroom. The landlord lives in the mater bedroom with her own washroom. Me and the other girl shares a very nice and clean bathroom.
- basement is laundry facilities.
- there is also a backyard where landlord grows plants and her cute tomato
The major intersection is Rideau and Charlotte. 15 mins walk to UO campus. 20 mins walk to Rideau centre. if you take the bus, it's only 2 mins. Bus stop is right in front of the street.
it is $450/month, all inclusive (heat, water, utilities, internet)
The landlord is a retired professor, a very nice lady
