美国签证的签证费怎么付法的呢？

你去美国使馆递材料时候他会先让你在最旁边那个收费窗口交钱的...然后排对等见签证官..

You have to pay $100 US before you talk to an immigration officer. The $100 is unrefundable no matter whether you get a visa or not later. So pay more attention on the materials you will submit and think carefully about what questions you could be asked and what answers would be suitable when you respond because it really deponds on personal issues.
