Thank you for your interest. The house is located in Barheaven. You can check it out from a map. It just close to greebank & fallowfield. Very close to bus stop.
Because the house is new one, you should be very clean, no-smoking person.
I prefer to a couple without kids. But I may think about single if I cannot find appropriate tenants.
