朋友，4-5天的时间比较短，感觉去3个国家时间太紧张了，建议选择一个国家，好好走一走。

Maybe Salzburg in Austria. Konstanz in South Germany. Also a ship-trip on Rhein in summer. For sure Alps is also a good choice. Have a try!

Paris is a place for couples. Bacelona is wonderful for single traveller. Italy is also a good choice but a bit hot in summer. It is also my dream for a visit. But in summer, Greek is more attractive, especially the island with blue-ceiling churches.
Moreover, would also recommend Heidelberg in Germany.
