请问Carleton的学生去OU做TA的话，要不要签work permit? 这样算不算在校内工作？

seems no. campus means your own campus. However, you can ask the funding to be paid through research grants, not TA wages. Maybe it works, not sure. my friend finally solved the problem by transfering from OU to Carleton to work at Carleton.
