RE-ENTRY VISA的申请都需要什么材料哦～是不是要先去CU那个ESL中国老师办公室先拿个申请表？

好久以前办过，现在都忘了要什么材料了...

听很多人说，办的好慢而且不好办，怕怕啊～

1.Completed application form
2.Your passport
3.Two passport sized photographs
4.Copy of your current study permit and student visa
5.Original academic transcripts for all courses that you have completed in Canada during the past two years
6.A letter from your school identifying your program of study and anticipated date of graduation
7.Proof of funds available to support yourself during your stay and to enable you to leave Canada, such as a bank statment
8.A certified cheque, bank draft or money order for $150 CAD for Multiple entry or $75 CAD for Single entry, made out to the Canadian Consulate General
