Hi, I post this ad for my landlord John since another chinese room mate will go back to China.
TV is seperated,cable, phone are shared. They 're all free for using.
4 people share the kitchen,but just 2 chinese use it oftenly, my chinese room mate and me.
3 people share the bathroom.
My feeling is, the big advantage here is freedom, everybody looks like landlord. And the landlord is a nice guy.
