Looking for 1 bed apt or bachelor for May 1st

Hi,

I am looking for a 1 Bdr apt/ bachelor/ Master bedroom for May 1st.

I want it to be bright, clean, quiet, non-smoking, and easy accessible to Ottawa University (no basement please). Lots of windows. With launary facility , utility incl and 1 parking . With AC and cables would be great.
