我刚拿到美国的OFFER，要事情TN，我的职位是permanent的，能申请TN吗？

OFFER LETTER上是这样写的 ：
This offer does not constitute a contract of employment for any specified period of time as XXX company is an at-will employer. This means that either you or XXX company may terminate the employment relationship with or without cause at any time.


另外，除了OFFER LETTER，毕业证书，加拿大护照以外，还需要美国雇主专门给美国发TN的官员写封信？

How did you they interview you if you are in Ottawa? Can you tell me? thx

Did your company send you any document prepared by lawyer?
Normally it is needed or maybe easier to get TN.

这个offer letter写得不合格，一定要有工作的起止时间，并且不能超过一年。
