请问有没有在Ottawa general hospital生过孩子的姐妹，
1。请问你们都是哪位医生接生？
2。还有去医院生孩子的，产包都要准备些什么？宝宝和妈妈都要带什么？
3。无痛分娩是不是要自己要求？是否真的不痛？有没有侧切？
4。生完孩子要多久出院？

2) thick maternity pad, diaper, moisturizing lipstick, slippers, health card, credit card. (there's another thread about this)

3) if you mean epidural, it's still virginal birth, so no cutting on the belly but your doctor might cut the skin around the virgina. there's no pain after you have epidural, but there is some pain before that, and you have to request it as soon as possible.

4) 2-3 days if you and your baby are in good condition.

4、卫生巾。
一般没有侧切。你可以要求脊柱麻醉，一般在开5指后给，真的不痛。之前可以要求静脉注射麻醉。
自然产2天出院，剖腹产4天出院。

没有侧切阿？！这么好！
我看国内好像90%以上都有侧切的，听说如果不侧切，会有撕裂，缝针以后会不规则。
如果没有侧切，那不是恢复会很快么？
不是不用做月子了么？
多少天可以自由活动？

You can call Birth Unit to book an tour for labouring, you'll get most of questions answered during the tour, and you'll also get a list from them telling you what to pack.

Nature delivery usually takes 2-day hospital stay; C-section will take extra 2 more days.
