[问题] 关于自己做月子

父母年底才能来，我7月初生。想问问大家，有多少人是自己做月子的？有什么要注意的？累不累啊？

你好:我是自己做的月子,其实这里很好生孩子时有麻醉不疼,回家后会有止痛药.自己活动多些恢复的也快,如果老公帮帮应没问题.

我自己做月子的,老公几乎没帮忙,真的很累,因为我儿子出院1星期后是白天不睡觉,晚上也睡不好的宝宝.注意的是多休息,就算睡不着,都要躺下来闭上眼睛休息,休息好了以后才不会有腰疼.不要担心体重,这个月要补身子,多吃点营养食品和喝汤.因为母乳喂养,所以吃食物就要注意一些.

Call 580-6744, and a nurse will answer all of your questions. If you are interested, you can apply for Health Baby and Health Children Program. If you get it, somebody, maybe a nurse speaking Chinese, will visit you at your home and discuss all your questions like how to cope with labour, how to take care of an infant, how to breastfeed your baby, etc. with you.
