When we bought the dinning room set from the Brick, the table arrived with a scratch, and the delivery person said it was too deep to be repaired, so he would arrange a replacement for me. He said there was stock in the warehouse, so it wouldn't be long. Then, the replacement arrived a few days later.
However, we had very terrible experience with Sears when purchasing a sofa. The sofa arrived as if it was almost broken into half, but the delivery person pretended there was nothing, and when I asked, he said it was just minor damage. Then when we unpacked it, there were several damages and the major one was really serious, so we called back Sears the same day, but they responded rudely and implied that we had caused the damage. Eventually, it took 2 more deliveries until the good sofa came and it took very very long time.
