问题1：你说他们没有受到教育么？有，人家受洋教育。
问题2：他们有文化么？没有，在中国那阵，压根不通。

结论：
教育！=文化修养

hi man, I'm in lab now, five white guys around me are talking , laughing, fighting each other for a long time.... all these drive me to mad...I can not read anything...

BTW,

yea, i do agree with what you said, you are right,教育！=文化修养, yea, it is right...but not only for Chinese

各个人种都有三九六等,更何况不LOUD就不等于受过好的教育.
只能说有些国人虽然受过高等教育,但是不拘小节.

Actually, I have many experiences that surrounded by white, middle east guys in the lab who were talking, laughing loudly, many times I found some young guys were playing PC games in the lab, and most of time I found chinese student were sitting there and working hard quitely.

I can't deny that the situation you mentioned happended somewhere in the public area, but that's not exceptional for Chinese. I think you are too sensitive to Chinese language which make you identify it from the noisy other languages, or you are too humble that concern too much of others thinking about chinese...

I can't deny that the situation you mentioned happended somewhere in the public area, but that's not exceptional for Chinese. I think you are too sensitive to Chinese language which make you identify it from the noisy other languages, or you are too humble that concern too much of others thinking about chinese...

是啊，是象菜场，不过不是中国的菜场，什么语言都有，没觉得中国人特别大声。
何苦看不起中国人，要故意贬低呢？！
