I have something about the Primus long distance carrier to share or to verify. Primus offers low rate long distance services, but don't be too focus on this. Primus has technical problem with its billing system. Apperantly, the system will bill one minute charge to your phone bill even the connection does not get through; the Primus network always has problem of getting connection,and their billing system does not recognize this and bill the customers for one minute long distance charge.
I found out this when I noticed that there were many one minute charge call on my phone bill. I called Primus, they admitted that they have problem with their billing system, but they have no plan to fix the problem because it is going to cost them money and they will no longer to offer low rate long distance. They offered to reverse the charge of those problem one minute calls for the last 3 months. But nothing beyond the last 3 months.
If you are a Primus customer, please check your phone bill see if there is any one minute charge on your phone bill that does not appear to be reasonable.
