何为中间价？

请教，何为加元与人民币中间价
想在OTTAWA兑换些人民币，见网上大家都用中间价，请教中间价是怎么算的？
在那里查？我查了中行的兑换价，是否是现钞买入卖出的中间价，还是折算价。

中间价 is the dealing price the bank would get from their source, 99.9999% will not get those price. The client buying and selling price, are a deviation from the 中间价 ,

example:
中间价 = 8.0
deviation = 0.5
so, the buying price is 7.5 and selling price is 8.5
