请教网上预约美国签证的问题，急！！

想预约六月中旬的美国签证，可是每次上网都是预约已满。请教有经验的朋友们，到底使馆什么时候放新号，什么时候更新系统，能找到别人取销的预约呢？
另外，打电话好约吗？如果网上没有，打电话能约上吗？
时间很紧，请知道的朋友们帮个忙，多谢！

I think you should know that you can make an reservation online or by phone (no mater when the interview date is) and then ask the US embassy to arrange an earlier interview date if you have a valid reason.
