CIA downgrade internet speed

My CIA high speed internet download speed is less than 300k now. Before it was 6000k. Anybody here using CIA local phone+high speed?

agree, the speed is significantly slower, exactly same situation as urs

when i just installed it, it was 5.8mbit down and 700k up, now it's 1mbit down and 700k up.....

expected
