It's in a beautiful and peaceful area,beside Rideau River and a park(many embassys surround here and some of the embassy's office are in our building).Only 8 minutes walk to Ottawa University. It rent for some one who could be able to be a baby-sitter in two times a week at evening( that will be reduce some of the rental fees). The possible tenant must be clean and non-smoking single female or couple. you will have your private bathroom and we only share the kitchen. It looks like a bachelor.
