1.只要是你买车的牌子的DEALER就可以,因为你保养不是免费的,也要交给DEALER钱.
2.你可以从OTTAWA买车,上魁省的牌照.不过你需要自己去办理牌照,如果要是在魁省的DEALER那里买,他们就会帮你把手续办好,不需要你亲自办手续了.
3.你要通知你的保险公司你搬家了,保险会贵的.

No, you have to maintain your car at the dealer you bought it form.

No need to do service at the original dealer. But you have to do it at an authorized dealer. Since the manufactory could get your service information from its authorized dealer, your warrenty won't have any problem.
