渥太华－Gatineau地区湖南同乡会定于6月17日（周六）举办集体出游活动（Pot luck -- 即自带一样菜），欢迎报名！
请报名者将您的姓名，电话，参加人数发Email至：xingyu_zhou@hotmail.com
$2 per adult, kids 和老人free. （组织决定，为适应同学们参加，改5块为2块。）爱玩又正好有空的朋友，来报名吧！
这里想说明一下，成人每位 $2, 小孩和探亲老人免费。费用主要用于以下方面：
1. 一次性餐具，杯子；
2. 适量水、饮料；
3. 为让小朋友安分，想买点发给小孩的糖果，小礼物。
4. 如果经费够用的话，买小奖品给玩游戏胜利的人。
同乡会组织者们都是义务为大家服务，希望尽量让大家聚会时能开心热闹。
如果您和家人打算来，请一定发Email 给组织者 xingyu_zhou@hotmail.com. 因为需要事先了解参加人数来决定预算，做提前准备。收到多少款项和费用具细情况我们可以发邮件给大家，出入帐目对会员完全透明. 谢谢大家，想来就快报名吧!

Hello Friends,
We are pleased to announce, our party is to be held on Saturday, June 17, starts at 11:00am in Britannia Park ,Ottawa. The park is located west to the cross of Richmond and Carling,by Ottawa River.
We are going to have Pot Luck, bring our food and share with everyone. We will also play Poker game,volleyball and other fun games together. To well support this event, we'd like to collect $5 per adult. We collect fees for buying drinks, the volleyball net， candies for children, and gifts.
Please send email to xingyu_zhou@hotmail.com to inform us how many people are going to attend in your family.
In case of rainning, the party is automaticly postponded to Sunday.
