The first place we had to "undertake" was scheisse (auf deutsch gesagt), I got contact with him through internet, he charged me $35 a day, the room was almost no "decorations", black hairs were cumulated in the bathroom! shame for the chinese people,. the first thing in the second day I did was try to move out, and thank god I happened to meet a newcomer who lived by Jenny. you can send her a email to see whether she has room for you at the moment,
