BUT STILL I AM NOT ABLE TO INPUT CHINESE CORRECTLY USING MS FRONGPAGE 98. ANY IDEA???

what's your OS? win98 or XP/2000?
if it is win98, you'd better install Chinese version win98 or English version+NJstar/Chinese star/Richwin
if you are XP/2000, you can turn it to allow chinese input in control panel,
then you can use any HTML editor frontpage/dreamweaver/homesite.... to edit your html page.

人在天涯说的是对的,但是你可以试试frontpage 2000,记得你是office 2000的,第二张盘应该有网页编辑的东东可以用.OFFICE 2000的中文支持还行,即使不能输入,如EXCEL也能显示从WORD拷贝过来的中文信息.
