请问护照到期前多长时间可以办延期,有规定吗？现在一次可以延多长时间？

2 months befor, and they will renew your passport for 5 yeares.

It usually is renewed before 6 months it expires. However, if there is special reason, e.g. water damaged, torn, broken etc, you can do it early.
