[问题] Laptop dead--WindowsXP, F8 does not work :(

When I opened my laptop this morning, the computer shows the following message:

I tried F8, but can not get any response from the computer. I used my laptop to access internet more often recently. Maybe some virus damaged my computer, I guess.

What can I do now? Looking for computer expert to help me solve the problem
